We, here at Viking, have a QTA BGA balling system. The system works very well for us. It is very flexible and will allow you to ball one BGA or many at one time. The quantity you can ball at one time is only limited by the size of the BGA, the type of stencil you have and the number of parts the fixture can hold. The QTA system is very easy to work with. It has an extremely short learning curve and it is very repeatable.
